Kenneth
R. Gillis is a principal and President
of Centennial, responsible for directing all of the asset
and property management activities of the company.
Mr. Gillis began his real estate career in 1984 as a property manager for LaSalle
Partners in Denver. In 1989 he became a Portfolio Manager for LaSalle Advisors,
responsible for the investment management decisions of a 12 million square foot
portfolio of office, industrial and multi-family properties throughout the United
States. In 1996, he advanced to Western Regional President of LaSalle’s
Leasing and Management Group, responsible for a 35 million square foot portfolio
of office and industrial properties.
Mr. Gillis received a Bachelors degree from Colorado State University and a Masters
in Economics from the University of Colorado. He is a member of the Urban
Land Institute and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties,
the Colorado University Real Estate Council Executive Committee, and an Advisory
Board member of the Colorado State University Everitt Real Estate Center.

Randy
Nichols, a principal of Centennial,
has successfully developed 2 million square feet of office,
multi-family and retail properties in
Denver, Boulder, and Ft. Collins, Colorado.
Mr. Nichols began his real estate career in 1981 with LaSalle Partners in Denver,
moving
to New York in 1986 to represent the firm’s clients throughout the country. He
left LaSalle in 1989 to develop loft apartments and commercial properties in
Chicago, returning to Denver in 1993 to pursue development opportunities in Colorado’s
recovering economy.
Mr. Nichols received a Bachelors degree from Colorado State University and a
Masters in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He
is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the MIT Center for Real Estate, the Colorado University Real Estate Council Executive Committee, and the Board of the Colorado University Real Estate Foundation.

David
R. Hadsell is a Vice President
and principal of Centennial, responsible for the management
of a mixed-use property and three office buildings totaling
828,000 square feet.
Mr. Hadsell began his career in 1988 as a property manager for LaSalle Partners
in Chicago. Over the next 13 years with LaSalle, he advanced progressively to
Regional Manager, along the way directing a team leasing 6 million square feet
of office space and overseeing an 8 million square foot portfolio of office and
industrial properties.
Mr. Hadsell received a Bachelors degree from Colgate University and a MBA from
Northwestern University. He is a member of the National Association of
Industrial and Office Properties, the Building Owners and Managers Association,
the Colorado University Real Estate Council, and a founding Board Member of the
Rocky Mountain Academy of Evergreen. Dave is also a LEED AP.

Paul
D. Shaffstall is a Vice President and principal
of Centennial, responsible for the management of three office
buildings totaling 291,000 square feet.
Mr. Shaffstall began his real estate career in 1980 as a Facility Manager for
NICOR Oil and Gas Company, responsible for 5 locations in Texas, Oklahoma, and
Colorado. He joined LaSalle Partners in 1995 where he managed 11 office buildings
totaling 1.4 million square feet.

Mary
R. Maloney is the Controller of Centennial, responsible
for property accounting.
Ms. Maloney has 23 years experience in commercial real estate. Before joining Centennial in 2003, Mary worked for 10 years
in property accounting with Urban Retail Properties and 6 years as a property
manager with Tower Realty and Trammell Crow. At Trammell Crow, she directed
the management of 6 office properties and 2 industrial properties totaling 1
million square feet.

Terry
Elliott is Director of Operations
for Centennial, responsible for the maintenance and operation
of all properties in Centennial’s portfolio.
Mr. Elliott has 16 years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance; the past 7 with Centennial. Prior to joining Centennial, Terry was a Chief Engineer for Tolin Mechanical, Director of Engineering for Vail Resorts,
and Senior Facility Manager for Avaya. At Avaya, he was responsible for
a 1.8 million square foot office and manufacturing facility. Terry is a LEED
AP.

Linda
Ochman is a Tenant
Service Coordinator for Centennial, responsible for interfacing
with tenants and vendors throughout the Centennial portfolio.
Ms. Ochman has 18 years of administrative support experience in commercial real
estate with Jones Lang LaSalle, CB Richard Ellis, DTC Management, the Association
of Operating Room Nurses, and Centennial. |

Richard
Barkley is chief engineer at the Spire, responsible for the maintenance and operation
of this 536,000 square foot tower in downtown Denver.
Prior to joining Centennial in 2004, Mr. Barkley spent 18 years as a building
engineer for both office and hotel properties, including Director of Engineering
for the 238-room Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel. Richard is a LEED AP. |

Todd is
a Building Engineer at Signature Centre, responsible for maintenance
and operation.
Mr. Todd has 14 years of experience in all aspects of building operations and
maintenance of office buildings and hotels. Bill is a LEED AP.

Alan Rice is
an assistant to Terry Elliot and is responsible for maintenance
and operation for several of Centennial's properties.
Prior to joining Centennial in 2004, Mr. Rice spent 16 years as a hotel operating
engineer, including 11 years as Chief Engineer at two Marriott hotels. Alan is
a LEED AP. |

J. Roche is
a Property Accountant.
J. joined Centennial in 2004. Ms. Roche brings 29 years of accounting experience
to Centennial, including six years as a property accountant for Jones Lang Lasalle. |

Guy Dreier is
a building engineer responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Spire.
Prior to joining Centennial in 2005,
Mr. Dreier was a sergeant in the United States Marine Corp.,
where he was responsible for maintaining communication equipment.
Guy is a LEED AP. |

Jim Doyle is
a Building Engineer at Clayton Lane, responsible for maintenance
and operation at this mixed-use facility.
Prior to joining
Centennial in 2007, Mr. Doyle spent 35 years with Western Electric
and its successors in facilities and production maintenance. |

Wendy Gudenkauf is
an Assistant Property Manager, responsible for various projects
and subcontractors throughout the Centennial portfolio.
Prior
to joining Centennial in 2007, Ms. Gudenkauf spent 9 years
with other apartment and commercial property management firms. |

Peggy Bartusiak is
a Property Accountant.
Prior to joining Centennial in 2007,
Ms. Bartusiak spent 15 years in Property Accounting with LaSalle
Partners, Prudential and Cushman & Wakefield. |

Randy Roach is
a building engineer working on Centennial's office properties in Denver's central business district, responsible for the operation
and maintenance of those buildings.
Prior to joining Centennial in 2008, Mr. Roach spent 28 years
with Tolin Mechanical installing and maintaining office building
mechanical systems. |

Creighton A. Ward is the General Manager of the Spire.
Prior to joining Centennial, Mr. Ward was Vice President of Operations and Property Management for Portus, Inc. Mr. Ward received his undergraduate degree in Public Policy from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver. He is a member of the Community Association Institute. |

Kelly K. Watson is an Owner Services Coordinator for Centennial, responsible for coordinating the delivery of services to the homeowners at the Spire.
Prior to joining Centennial, Ms. Watson spent five years working in the field of early childhood development after earning an undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University. |

Prior to joining Centennial, Mr. Effrein spent 16 years in the financial services industry as a financial adviser. David received a degree in Finance from Illinois State University. |

Jordan A. Turboff is an Owner Services Coordinator for Centennial, responsible for coordinating the delivery of services to the homeowners at the Spire.
Prior to joining Centennial, Ms. Turboff spent six years as an analyst, marketing coordinator and broker for several commercial and residential real estate companies in Denver and Houston. Ms. Turboff has a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts from Regis University and is currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Green Interior Design from the Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design. |
