Spire is a mixed-use building with restaurants, Hertz Rent-A-Car, and 493 luxury condos. The Courtesy Desk has a very important role as the primary point of contact for our residents, their respective guests, contractors, and others. The Courtesy Desk Representative is responsible for maintaining company service standards at all times within the property. This person completes various administrative functions associated with residents' needs and by providing high quality customer service.

Essential functions of the Courtesy Desk Representative, include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents,, family members, visitors, vendors, contractors, and other guests with an emphasis on excellent customer service..
  • Answer any questions pertaining to the property and its amenities and assist residents with a variety of requests, including access cards/keys, service requests, deliveries, amenity availability and other requests..
  • Input and organize packages, groceries, and other deliveries into the computer system..
  • Monitor all common areas (pool deck, parking garage, 42nd floor lounge) ensuring all areas are tidy and no covenant violations are occurring.
  • Input and organize packages, groceries, and other deliveries into the computer system. And place into the package room.
  • Assist residents with service requests by entering that service request into designated computer systems and coordinating completion of work with the Maintenance Manager.
  • Utilize various forms of communication. Communication may be provided in a variety of ways, including face-to-face, personal notes, telephone, web portal posting, or email.
  • Inspect, maintain, and report any amenity or property deficiencies to the Owner Services Coordinator or a Property Manager.
  • Answer telephone promptly and in a professional manner and assist callers with their needs or transfer to appropriate individuals.
  • Assist with other general Company and office responsibilities as assigned from time to time.


Position Requirements:

  • Preference given to experience in apartment/condo properties, hotel properties, or related  service business.
  • Proven professional verbal and written communications skills with an outgoing personality.  Ability to work in conjunction with residents, prospective residents, commercial tenants, vendors, and contractors, Company Managers, and associates.
  • Knowledge of basic office practices and procedures; filing and maintenance of confidential records and information. The ability to take initiative, utilize problem-solving skills, and establish priorities and coordinate work activities. Possess professional, friendly telephone and greeting skills. Demonstrated experience in providing customer service.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and applications. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the internet and internet searches. Must have experience with computer skills including spreadsheet, word processing programs, internet usage, and e-mail at a highly proficient level.
